Conditionally HUMAN is a collection of works by street photographer and artist, Janice Milhem. The book, Conditionally Human is a signature personal achievement for the artist. The 144 page perfect bound black and white photography book covers her street photography shot throughout the city of Detroit and its communities. Milhem's images invites the viewer to observe various events within many different sub-cultures.
